WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

  • Execute GSUS’s entertainment and influencer strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement
  • Support brand campaigns, product launches, and Gymshark community growth through partnerships with influencers and celebrities
  • Identify talent aligned with Gymshark’s brand objectives and values to maximize impact
  • Manage short-term entertainment and influencer activations, ensuring clear communication of plans to teams and stakeholders
  • Collaborate seamlessly with Athlete Marketing, Comms, Social, and Brand teams to develop cross-channel talent strategies
  • Stay informed of emerging trends, technologies, and talent in the entertainment and influencer space
  • Proactively seek and drive opportunities to expand Gymshark’s entertainment and influencer reach
  • Track and report on the EM NAM entertainment and influencer marketing budget, ensuring accurate spend management
  • Maintain an ongoing reporting process to provide visibility on content performance, ROI, social metrics, and other KPIs
  • Manage the entertainment and influencer database, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with GDPR, and effective use of insights
  • Develop and oversee creative content solutions for campaigns and product launches from concept to execution
  • Liaise with key stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and clear communication
  • Work with the insights team to create data solutions and tools that deliver measurable value in content and influencer marketing
  • Prepare end-of-month and end-of-quarter reports, including earned media value, activation performance, and budget summaries for EM NAM

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

Essential Skills:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Entertainment and Influencer marketing
  • Proven experience working in an integrated agency environment with a solid understanding of Entertainment and Influencer Marketing
  • Must have existing relationships within the entertainment and influencer industries
  • Social media native – deep understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Tik Tok, Twitch, Snapchat, etc
  • A strong team ethic
  • Ability to derive insight from data and comfortable manipulating and analysing data
  • Experience in funnel management, conversion and analytics
  • Experienced in building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Experience working with influencers
  • Ability to manage workflow
  • Ability to manage several projects concurrently; excellent time management and organizational skills and results oriented
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • An eye for talent and identifying rising stars
  • Attention to detail
