Equitable is growing its Enterprise Strategy team which supports strategic initiatives to meet our mission: to help our clients secure their financial well-being so they can pursue long and fulfilling lives. We are a high-impact team that does project-based work which inform senior management and incubate new pilot programs.

Enterprise Strategy Manager role offers the opportunity to:

• Gain exposure to the C-suite and Business Line leaders as well as other leaders within Actuarial, Finance, and Government Relations
• Collaborate across company departments (business lines, risk, legal, finance, IT/operations, marketing) – and externally, as applicable, with AB, strategic partners and industry groups
• Build a deep understanding of our market position, products, and operations
• Focus on business development and growth strategy execution on a small working team
• Support the strategic direction of the enterprise through high priority project-based work
• Some of our previous projects have included strategic reviews of our commercial business, leading the development of pilot program initiatives (both greenfield / new programs, and programs which supplement existing business lines), and strategic advisory in collaboration with our M&A team

Responsibilities include:

• Support management and monitoring of key company strategic initiatives spanning Equitable Holdings
• Assist on product development opportunities outside of our core Business Lines
• Strategic reviews of our business, including providing senior management recommendations for improvement
