Description:

As a member of the Majors Sales Team, the Enterprise Sales Representative will be responsible for expanding Samsara’s presence among large enterprise clients, focusing on strategic account growth, outbound prospecting, and executive-level relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

📈 Develop & Manage Key Accounts: Build and nurture C-Level relationships within major enterprise customers.
📊 End-to-End Sales Ownership: From prospecting and qualification to deal closure with a focus on strategic sales execution.
🚀 Drive Business Impact: Utilize a solution-based sales approach to deliver value-driven insights tailored to each client.
🔍 Strategic Outbound Prospecting: Actively research and reach out to high-value potential clients.
🤝 Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Operations, Finance, IT, and Business Units to align solutions with client needs.
🏆 Champion Samsara’s Culture: Embody the company’s customer-first and innovation-driven principles while driving business growth.

Minimum Requirements:

5+ years of full-cycle enterprise sales experience with a strong closing track record.
Proven success managing complex enterprise deals with transaction sizes of $500K+ ARR.
Experience in C-Level engagement and strategic account management.
Strong outbound prospecting skills and ability to engage decision-makers.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in a dynamic sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

🏆 Recognition for top sales performance (e.g., President’s Club, Top 10% Sales Achievers).

Compensation & Benefits:

💰 Annual OTE: $337,500 per year (Base + Commission + RSUs)
