Here’s What You’ll Do
Develop and execute Moderna’s corporate brand communications programs (including brand platform, brand architecture strategy, purpose and promise, values, verbal identity (voice), and employee value proposition), ensuring alignment with Moderna’s Strategic Plan
Work collaboratively to create strategic enterprise programs that integrate research, voice and design, experience, and industry/client knowledge to maximize business impact
Continually monitor competitor brand positioning efforts to ensure Moderna’s brand positioning is unique and differentiated, being mindful of emerging industry trends
Collaborate with the Brand & Corporate Affairs team to develop cutting-edge corporate brand campaigns to continually strengthen brand awareness of Moderna in key markets
Partner with the Brand Leadership Team to develop website content that reflects Moderna’s corporate brand identity in a compelling way
Partner with the Brand team and HR colleagues on strategic recruitment campaigns to bring the best talent in the market to Moderna
Develop and lead enterprise PR programs that garner earned media and share of voice
Partner with the Commercial team to develop and refine the enterprise and product brand ecosystem
Partner with the Brand team and HR colleagues on ongoing internal brand awareness/activation campaigns, from onboarding to ongoing “moments that matter”, to infuse Moderna’s employee value proposition into the employee experience, supporting retention
Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time
Here’s What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree required
Minimum of 20 years of brand strategy experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical industry strongly preferred
Extensive experience leading Enterprise brand public relations and leading development of corporate brand strategies, brand architecture programs/portfolio management, and employee engagement/experience initiatives
Experience working with C-suite level executives
Experience working in multi-cultural, multi-country/region businesses
