Description:

The Outreach & Enrollment Manager is responsible for coordinating, creating, implementing, and evaluating outreach endeavors to increase brand awareness and establish a visual identity which effectively communicates the culture and promotes the programs within the School of Architecture & Environment (SAE).
This position will develop initiatives and deliver design solutions to build the SAE brand presence externally and grow awareness internally.
The Outreach and Enrollment Manager will oversee proactive engagement and communication strategies utilizing digital, print, and interactive approaches. Operating in a collaborative environment, this position works closely with SAE and College of Design (DSGN) academic and administrative leadership to ensure initiatives provide robust support for the school by attracting qualified applicants, maintaining relationships with current students and alumni, and building connections with the professional community.

General Position Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes outreach and marketing strategies for SAE to attract quality students and ensure each incoming class meets the size, quality, diversity, and financial goals set forth by SAE and DSGN leadership.
  • Coordinates creative design and implementation of SAE visual identity through marketing and promotional material including:
  • Oversees recruitment and enrollment pipeline from awareness campaigns, direct communication, and application process to admission.

Minimum Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree from a design discipline, marketing, communications, or closely related field.
  • Experience with design fields (architecture, graphic design, art).

  • Dynamic, strong, personable, and professional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Understanding of graphic design, content creation, and brand visual identity.
  • Understanding of contemporary and historical visual culture and design.
  • Ability to create, edit, and produce high-quality content (visual and written).
  • Strong project management skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with tight and sometimes competing deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
