Engineering Technician

Description:

Perform various tasks supporting the lab activities for Metro Long Haul products. This job will primarily be focused on assembly support, test operator, lab inventory management and product shipments.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Support solder and wire bond assembly needs for engineering and customer samples.
• Perform testing using automated programs.
• Monitor lab inventories and orders parts when needed.
• Prepare shipments for dies and EVB's. This includes die inspection, data verification and storage to correct directories.

The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable and can follow and maintain lab procedures.
