Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures; develop new ones as needed.
- Conduct peer reviews of engineering product definitions, structural, and thermal analyses.
- Coordinate with other engineering disciplines on cross-disciplinary projects.
- Establish and promote best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience in aviation/aerospace
- Strong technical background in mechanical design, structural analysis, or thermal analysis.
- Proven people management skills.
- Exceptional research and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel (10-25%).
