Description:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5-7+ years of Engineering / Maintenance / Facilities leadership experience in manufacturing plus progressive leadership experience, including prior leadership and development of high-performing teams
• Demonstrated success in managing multiple cross-functional projects and improving technician capabilities (through robust training systems).
• Ability to think strategically and impact strategic initiatives, understand business drivers and handle complexity.
