Minimum Qualifications for Engineer Senior:
To qualify, Engineer Senior applicants must meet all the following:
Licensure as a professional Civil Engineer with the Minnesota Board of Architecture, Engineering, Land Surveying, Landscape Architecture, Geoscience, and Interior Design (AELSLAGID). (If obtaining licensure through Comity, a temporary permit from AELSLAGID must be provided to MnDOT HR prior to starting employment.)
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
Class D Driver's License
Minimum Qualifications for Engineer 2 Graduate:
To qualify, Engineer 2 Graduate applicants must meet all the following:
A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
A passing score on the Fundamentals of Engineering exam
Two years post-graduate civil engineering work
Class D Driver's License
