Description:
We're looking for a skilled technician with:
🔹 4+ years of experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 2019+, and Apple iOS
🔹 Hardware installation & support (Dept., distributed, personal systems)
🔹 Helpdesk experience (4+ years)
🔹 Strong communication & documentation skills
🔹 Knowledge of Active Directory
🔹 Ability to train staff and lift up to 15 lbs.
🔹 Must have a valid California driver’s license
