Employee Relations Investigator

 

Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of employee relations investigations, including conducting interviews and making recommendations, involving allegations that carry a high degree of complexity or risk to the business.
  • Consult with internal leaders on human resources-related questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate closely with peers, managers, and other specialists to ensure consistent and equitable application of policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Serve as an advocate, listening to employees' ideas, questions, and concerns, and taking an active role in resolving roadblocks to uphold the company's mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in human resources or employee relations with experience managing caseload of investigations.
  • Working knowledge of state and federal employment rules and regulations and human resources best practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to earn trust, foster positive work environment, and work successfully on a broad spectrum of employee relations issues and challenges.
