Elementary School Teacher

Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English Language Arts (ELA), Math, Science, and Social Studies to a small group of elementary students. This position is part-time, with classes held twice a week from 9am to 1pm, which potential for more days in the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans for ELA, Math, Science, and Social Studies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive educational experience.
• Participate in occasional staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education is not required but encouraged.
• Valid teaching certification.
• Experience teaching elementary school students.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to a flexible, part-time schedule.
