Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. As an Electro-Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electro-mechanical systems, including electrical and mechanical components. You will work closely with engineers and other assembly team members to ensure the final product meets high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and install electrical and mechanical components into finished products.
- Perform inspections, tests, and quality control checks on assembled units to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and machines necessary for assembly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist in the creation and modification of assembly procedures to improve efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety protocols.
- Perform basic calibration and adjustments to electrical and mechanical systems as required.
- Document work processes, testing, and results.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Electro-Mechanical Assembler or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical assembly processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions.
- Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measurement instruments (multimeters, calipers, etc.).
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Experience with soldering and cable management is a plus.
