Electrical Engineer

Amotec is engaged in a search for an Electrical Engineer. Located in Delaware, OH, our client is a leading $1B manufacturer of consumer products. This global organization is recognized for its innovative solutions and commitment to excellence, and is seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team. The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and managing installation of electric control systems, as well as troubleshooting electrical issues.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement electrical systems for manufacturing equipment
• Develop electrical engineering specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support all aspects of the electrical engineering process
• Provide support to maintenance personnel on all electrical related projects
• Perform electrical system troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Must have project management background
• Minimum of [3] years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
• Proficient in electrical design software and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and PLC’s; Allen Bradley preferred
