Duties and Responsibilities

• Designs graphics for use in e-Learning modules using Photoshop and ensures that images are delivered to the viewer at sufficiently high speed and quality
• Designs and creates Flash animations and interactive exercises, including the graphical design and working Flash piece
• Recreates system screens in HTML and programs the interactions within the screen and validates for accuracy of input
• Programs HTML and Flash pages to specifications of Design Documents for e-Learning projects
• Provides the first review of work produced to check for accuracy against Design Documents or Baseline Documents provided
• Upload files via FTP
• Troubleshoots and repairs bugs and problems. Works with high-level programmer to resolve issues
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
• Upholding all company standards and requirements

Desired Skills and Experiences

• Working knowledge of Flash
• Working knowledge of HTML programming
• Working knowledge of graphic design
• Experience or formal education are equally considered
