MedPro Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission-certified staffing agency, is seeking skilled and dedicated EEG Technicians to join their team for exciting contract opportunities with top healthcare facilities across the country. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate specialized EEG equipment to identify and record brain abnormalities.
• Prepare and position patients for EEG procedures, ensuring patient comfort and understanding.
• Clearly explain procedures to patients, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Calibrate and adjust EEG equipment to ensure accurate readings and results.
• Arrange necessary support devices for optimal patient positioning.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional guidelines.
• Maintain and promote positive relations with management, coworkers, facility staff, patients, and their families.
• Provide proper care in the use and maintenance of equipment and supplies, promoting workplace safety and environmental best practices.

Requirements:

• Current registration as an EEG Technologist by ABRET.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Minimum 18 months of EEG experience, ideally in critical care environments.
