Description:
As the Admission Lead Specialist, your primary responsibility is to convert leads into enrolled students through proactive engagement and quick follow-up. You will work in a highly target-driven environment, where achieving and exceeding your set enrollment targets is key. This role rewards performance with incentives tied to your success in converting inquiries into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities:
- **Achieve Enrollment Targets:** Focus on converting incoming leads (phone, email, walk-ins) into enrolled students by meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly enrollment goals.
- **Lead Engagement:** Actively follow up with leads, answer questions, provide all necessary information, and encourage prospective students to enroll.
- **Consultative Sales Approach:** Engage leads with a persuasive approach to convert inquiries into decisions, emphasizing the benefits of our programs and encouraging quick enrollment.
- **Pipeline Management:** Efficiently manage a high volume of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and ensuring no lead is overlooked.
- **Objection Handling:** Address any concerns or objections from leads that may prevent them from completing the application process, ensuring smooth conversion.
- **KPIs & Reporting:** Track and report key performance metrics, such as lead-to-enrollment conversion rates and follow-up efficiency, to management.
- **Follow-Up Strategies:** Develop and implement effective follow-up techniques to ensure that leads remain engaged and are nurtured to completion.
- **Collaboration with Marketing:** Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead-generation efforts and admissions goals.
- **Attend Recruitment Events:** Represent the institution at recruitment events, fairs, and other outreach activities to generate and convert leads in real-time.
### **Qualifications:**
- **Bachelor’s degree** in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum **2 years** of experience in a **sales-driven or target-based role** (preferably in admissions, customer service, or telemarketing).
- Proven experience in **achieving enrollment targets** or sales quotas.
- Excellent **communication** and **negotiation skills** to engage with prospective students effectively.
- Ability to handle **high-pressure** situations and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency with **CRM systems** (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in **lead nurturing** and **closing sales** is a plus.
- **Fluency in English** is required; **Arabic** is a plus.
