Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive editorial strategies to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and product to ensure cohesive content plans.
  • Conduct audience research and analyze content performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Oversee the editorial calendar, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content across various platforms.
  • Manage a team of writers, editors, and freelancers, providing guidance and feedback to maintain editorial standards.
  • Identify and leverage new content opportunities, trends, and formats to keep our content fresh and relevant.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, style, and editorial guidelines.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, English, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an editorial or content strategy role, preferably in a digital media environment.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital content best practices.
