Description:
VP, EdAdvisory Marketing will effectively serve as a "CMO" for EdAdvisory Services which includes EdAssist and College Coach lines of business. They will be responsible for formulating a marketing strategy to support short- and long-term business objectives, building a marketing organization to support the growing needs of the business, and annual market budget planning and overseeing all day-to-day marketing operations for EdAdvisory.
Serve as a critical member of the Advisory leadership team to develop a long range business plan and strategy to drive meaningful topline growth (25%+ CAGR)
Develop Comprehensive marketing strategy to include B2B, Engagement, Branding, PR, Product Marketing, and Pricing/Positioning for the EdAdvisory portfolio
Determine and manage budget and team requirements to effectively execute against the marketing strategy
Own and foster productive relationships with vendors and internal teams (BH marketing, enterprise) to determine build or partner options for execution
Develop Marketing strategy to address B2B and Engagement Identify and plan differentiated and impactful marketing strategies/materials at the B2B and B2E levels
Build, manage and coach a high-performing marketing team
Develop comprehensive set of customer/market-facing data including voice of customer, competitive research and client research
Work closely with the CS and CR to align sales and marketing strategies with a focus on retaining EdAdvisory clients
