Eastern Regional Sales Manager

This is a rare opportunity to join a large and established wire & cable manufacturer in an Eastern Regional Sales Manager role. It's an exciting time as the company continues to be in growth mode and can offer upwards mobility opportunities.

The successful RSM will specialize in wire & cable products for the industrial, commercial and utility segments of the company. The territory will be the Eastern states encompassing MI to ME to FL to MS. Residency is flexible throughout the territory but must be near a major airport.

Candidates ideally must have outside/regional/national sales experience in the wire & cable industry. The ideal background comes from working for a wire and cable manufacturer, cable reseller, or manufacturer's rep. However, we would be open to someone with a solid history selling standard electrical products working for a manufacturer or rep.

Duties will include working closely with existing manufacturer's reps throughout the territory while maintaining and growing the relationships with the electrical wholesale distributors.

· Identify sales opportunities

· Offer technical solutions

· Product presentations

· Trade shows
