Requirements

• Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) criminal background check will be conducted on all finalists for this position. Finalists must pass the DHS background check.
• Employee reference checks will be conducted on all finalists. This may include a review of documentation related to job performance. It also includes contact with the applicant's former employer(s).

  Experience must clearly demonstrate:

• Knowledge of State Office of Grant Management policies;
• Strong understanding of core contract and grant management standards and practices that include managing RFPs;
• Experience negotiating contracts terms to a wide variety of contractors and/or grantees;
• Data research skills sufficient to identify best practices, abnormalities and track measurable results;
• Knowledge of mental health programs and management skills that also includes tracking grant budgets and presenting program efforts.
