Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a dispatch role within the logistics industry.
• Excellent internet and phone service.
• Access to multiple load boards.
• The ability to gross our OTR boxtrucks drivers $4k+ weekly.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and electronic logging devices (ELD).
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service and support to our drivers.

Responsibilities:

• Search load boards for optimal routes.
• Conduct credit checks on brokers.
• Provide quick and succinct breakdowns of loads.
• Dispatch loads through our TMS (Rose Rocket).
• Communicate effectively with drivers to provide instructions and support.
• Monitor the status of deliveries and address any issues that arise during transit.
• Maintain accurate records of driver activities and shipment details.
