The ideal candidate will have:

Deep experience in The Hospitality Industry with an extensive network of contacts throughout The Supplier Portfolio
5+ years leading teams
5+ years of commercial or partnership roles
Contract negotiation, basics of product cycles and commercial/marketing ways of working

Commercial, Law or Business Development roles are required for this role. A mix of strategy and execution is paramount to move the partner discussions in the direction that is required by the team. MBA or MSC degrees are also good for this position as it requires a broad understanding of all parts of the organization to make sure that partners are negotiated properly for Amadeus.
