Director Of Resort Engineering

Description:

As a member of the hotel's executive team, the Director of Engineering oversees the hotel's maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance, focusing on efficiency, profitability, and service levels, while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities:

Maintain Hotel Infrastructure. Preventative Maintenance using HotSOS.

Compliance with various laws and regulations.

Budget Management. Team Leadership - Training and Development.

Problem Solving.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Contractor Management. Emergency Response. Fire Safety.

Qualifications:

At least 3 years of progressive facilities management experience in a hotel or a related field; or a 2-year college degree and 1 year of related management experience.

Must be able to effectively communicate

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, boiler operations and general maintenance skills, CapEx, Contractors.
