Responsibilities
 

• Overseeing Entitlements or Land staff- planning, assigning, and directing work
• Responsible for entire entitlement process, coordinating with consultants, acquisition of city or county approvals, and public hearings
• Evaluate consultants scopes of work, development agreements, site plans, and other data
• Prefer experience with sourcing & negotiating with sellers- not required
• Organized, driven, and highly personable
