Description:

A leading apparel, accessories, and home goods brand is seeking a Director of Digital and Brand Marketing to drive brand awareness, growth, and customer engagement. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to increase customer acquisition, brand loyalty, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Brand Positioning:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing roadmap aligned with the brand’s vision and business goals.
  • Oversee brand storytelling, messaging, and positioning to ensure consistency across all channels.
  • Provide monthly and annual performance reports with KPIs, WoW/YoY analysis, and creative performance insights by channel.

Digital & Traditional Marketing Execution:

  • Lead digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including organic and paid social media, influencer and affiliate partnerships, PR, loyalty, and experiential marketing.
  • Develop and implement high-impact content strategies for the website, email marketing, and paid advertising.
  • Oversee all photoshoots, managing production for seasonal lifestyle campaigns and e-commerce imagery.

Customer Engagement & Acquisition:

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention through data-driven marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the e-commerce presence in collaboration with the e-commerce team to maximize sales and conversion rates.
  • Identify and develop relationships with media, influencers, and brand ambassadors.

Market & Competitive Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to inform marketing strategies.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

7+ years of marketing experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role (Retail/Apparel preferred).
✔ Proven track record in brand growth and customer engagement.
✔ Expertise in paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Pinterest, with experience managing agencies.
✔ Strong knowledge of luxury consumer behavior and market trends.
✔ Experience with influencer marketing, PR, and strategic partnerships.
✔ Ability to analyze data and develop actionable marketing strategies.
✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
✔ Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, digital marketing tools, and relevant software (MS Office, Adobe).
✔ Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Shopify, etc..
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
