Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating partnerships with OIG divisions and Department of Human Services (DHS) administrations to establish strong connections between program needs, data supports, and product development.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external interested parties to foster collaboration, gain support, and secure the necessary resources for OIG and DHS product and data initiatives.
- Managing human, financial and other resources for the division to accomplish OIG mission and objectives.
- Fostering a collaborative and innovate work environment that encourages cross-functional teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning grounded in best practices.
- Serving as Principal advisor to the Inspector General, DHS executive leadership, and represents the OIG on the DHS-wide service delivery transformation efforts.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Managerial experience.
Three (3) years of experience managing programs, including strategic planning, and directing the work of staff.
Experience must demonstrate the following:
- Developing actionable data and analytics and product strategy, and roadmap and a supporting communications strategy.
- Understanding and meeting user needs by translating feedback into actionable analytic solution product enhancement.
- Driving innovation and alignment within large organizations, including identifying and implementing business IT product and/or systems improvements that benefit customer outcomes.
- Guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, and/or driving a shared vision.
- Managing budgeting, cost management, and/or financial implications related to product development and management across multiple programs with different requirements.
