Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of innovation and success.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, sales metrics, and business development activities.
  • Attend and engage in networking events.
  • Attend speaking engagements on behalf of the firm.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of successfully driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong strategic thinking and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
