Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company& vision, values, and business
objectives.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to define the brand& unique value proposition and positioning.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Brand Messaging and Storytelling:
Craft compelling and consistent brand messages that convey the company's story, values, and offerings to
various target audiences.
Develop a clear brand narrative and messaging framework for all external and internal communications.
Assume ownership of creative voice and storytelling for marketing purposes.
Visual Identity and Design:
Work closely with design teams to maintain a visually cohesive brand identity, encompassing logos, color
palettes, typography, and other design elements.
Ensure all marketing collateral, digital assets, and communication materials adhere to brand guidelines.
Oversee the visual representation of the brand in catalogues, PR materials, shows, and invitations.
Integrated Marketing Communications:
Collaborate with marketing, advertising, and PR teams to create integrated communication plans across multiple
channels (digital, social media, print, events, etc.).
Lead the development of creative campaigns that engage and resonate with target audiences while maintaining
brand consistency.
Brand Performance Monitoring:
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns.
Regularly analyze and report on brand performance metrics to identify optimization and improvement
opportunities.
Cross functional Collaboration:
Ensure brand alignment across all touchpoints and customer interactions, working closely with product and sales
teams.
Provide guidance and training to internal teams to ensure consistent brand representation.
Collaborate with the VP Retail Sales and VP Digital Ecommerce to establish communication standards for
customer service, sales associates, and brand ambassadors.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of brand strategists, designers, and communication professionals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8plus years of proven experience, preferably from luxury domain and in marketing, communications,
and brand strategy roles, with a track record of successful brand campaigns.
Strong strategic thinking skills to translate business goals into effective brand strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to convey complex
ideas clearly.
Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification. Analytical mindset with proficiency
in data driven decision-making.
In depth knowledge of branding principles, design, and marketing trends. Proficiency in brand management and
analytics tools.
Should have creative mindset and ability to innovate.
Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience in managing and mentoring team.
Adaptability / have experience to a family based private group environment with strong stake holder
management skills at leadership level.
