• Lead the Business Development team and the implementation of IBTCI's BD plan.
• Lead efforts for new business capture.
• Coordinate successful Business Development efforts across Technical Practices Areas to guarantee a pipeline of opportunities for sustained revenues.
• Provide review/quality assurance of all aspects of technical and cost proposals.
• Manage overall proposal management of entire technical and cost proposals and requests for information on specific business opportunities identified by IBTCI.
• Develop components of proposals for all sections.
• Develop components of cost proposals.
• Coordinate the proposal development process and timelines for each proposal team.
• Help with recruitments on bids and projects.
• Mentor other members of the Business Development team.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
