Description:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on governance, compliance, and process improvement.
- Deep understanding of HR data management, data governance principles, and best practices.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in managing the change related to governance of processes and procedures.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools, specifically Success Factors and Avature.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and facilitation skills.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Skills in Power BI and data analytics languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL, etc.) are a plus.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certification in a relevant field (e.g., SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR, CIPP/E)
- Process Improvement Certification (e.g., Six Sigma)
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP)
- Change Management Certification (e.g., Prosci)
- Professional certifications in data governance (e.g., CIPP, CIPM, CIPT).
