Description:

The Director, CRM Platform will report directly to the Director of Omnichannel Services Data and Platforms, XO and will oversee CRM capabilities, understand business and customer needs, identify opportunities for automation and innovation, and implement scalable solutions. The Director will lead a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative culture.
 

  • Your role will include managing CRM alignment with business goals, and collaborating with field teams, operations, IT, and data enablement for smooth execution and data governance best practices.
  • You will maximize business outcomes by supporting the execution of the CRM service director’s strategy through alignment of overall data/technology strategies, plans, and change management.
  • Ensure the overall success of CRM capability implementation and execution through platform and data ownership best practices
  • Establish high-quality tactical execution of data/platform strategies and roadmap by partnering with business user champion communities, IT, data management, and your CRM team
  • As the data stewardship and quality owner, you will implement data governance best practices, ensuring data quality, compliance, and alignment with organizational measurement strategies, oversee data governance, including compliance, adherence to standards, and data quality monitoring and define the CRM BI strategy, ensuring Business Rules Documentation for data integration and consistent dissemination
  • As the team leader, you will align, enable, coach, and oversee the day-to-day activities of the team, establishing objectives in partnership with the CRM Service Director and Data and Platform team leads, develop training plans for the team that align with the long-term direction of data and platform services and foster a culture of innovation and inclusivity within the organization
  • This position is based in South San Francisco and relocation benefits are not available.
     

Who You Are
 

  • You have a Bachelor degree (Marketing, Business, Engineering or Information Systems preferred) and 12-15 years experience with the majority working in a digital marketing or sales ops function
  • 10 years of technology experience including Marketing or sales data and technology stack expertise
  • Experience with solution architectures for large complex enterprise transformation efforts, including legacy systems modernization and replacement
  • Experience with the Veeva platform including CRM and PromoMats
  • Ability to anticipate business needs, drive clarity in ambiguous situations, and strong problem-solving skills
