I am partnered closely with a CDMO who is looking to grow the infrastructure of their BD team on the west coast of the US. Currently experiencing an exciting time of growth, they are looking to bring on a proven Director of Business Development to support the continued growth and success of the company.

The ideal candidate will have

• An extensive and proven track record of BD experience within a CDMO
• Able to provide evidence of exceeding targets
• Manage sales processes from beginning to end
• Exposure to CGT directly for a CDMO (minimum 3 years)
• Ability to network, develop relationships, negotiation and influencing skills
• Attend and present at conferences and ability to travel 50%
• BSc or MSc, PhD preferred
• Located on the west coast ‍
• 3 to 4 years of sales and BD experience in CGT CDMO industry minimum
