Qualifications
8+ years in HR Technology and Operational Excellence. Large-scale implementation experience of SAP SuccessFactors (all modules) and technology extensions required.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience.
Strong relationship management and consulting skills, with a focus on building consensus across diverse cross-functional teams.
Proven ability to drive results with resiliency.
Strong analytical skills, capable of understanding details and applying them to big-picture concepts.
