Description:

The Business Planning Director directs and oversees all strategic and operational planning for Specialty operations. This includes managing a team that develops, implements and maintains models and plans to support business and financial objectives. The Director will collaborate with various leaders across Finance and Operations to define gaps and business needs to ensure service levels and goals are met. Assisting in developing approaches and plans to support existing and new business initiatives. Development, implementation and maintenance of analytics and performance management tools that drive business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in operational planning & workforce management
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a related environment
• 3-5 years of back office operational experience
