To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our New York office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do
- Support RVO Health priorities across the scope of business and marketing operations, product, engineering & other key internal stakeholders
- Gain hands-on experience in operations, digital marketing, finance, and strategy that will help you succeed as a general manager
- Manage strategic initiatives from the scoping to execution phase with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Work collaboratively across several functional areas to ensure timely execution of deliverables
- Build & own monthly financial reporting and financial forecasting
- Work directly with senior leadership to design and execute overall strategy to drive profitable growth of the business
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of business services, product and / or digital operations experience
- A willingness to dive deep into segments of the healthcare and / or digital media markets. Experience or interest here would be a plus.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a track record of driving positive change in prior experiences
- Not just comfortable in but excelling in ambiguity, proactively creating a path forward and aligning teams to navigate uncertainty with resilience and adaptability
- A self-starter with a positive attitude that is excited at the prospect of operating in an ambiguous, dynamic environment
- A talent for inspiring others — getting individuals and teams to embrace change by sharing new perspectives, pushing people to take on new challenges, and understanding what motivates individuals to do their best
- Strong project management and prioritization skills along with a hands-on approach to leadership.
