Description:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Lead the development of the CPG business plan, highlight business plan risks, and make recommendations and/or decisions that support business objectives

  • Build long term business plans that help achieve the Business Unit’s revenue growth plans, while taking into account product roadmaps, TAM, SAM, and market share targets.

  • Executive results inclusive of executive Operations reviews, annual goal planning and progress reporting

  • Build, define, and implement business processes and metrics that support business unit objectives

  • Work cross-functionally with Business, Finance, Pricing, and Sales teams to gather market intelligence data that will be direct inputs into the business plan

  • Analyze performance to plan results, including tracking and documenting performance to CPG’s annual and quarterly goals and priorities, highlight areas of strength and challenges, and provide recommendations for improvement to achieve plan.

  • Manage programs such as CPFR and JITD that help close the gap between supply and demand while improving forecast accuracy

  • Work with Business Operations team to manage the financial impacts of inventory and future supply considerations to support customer demand

  • Build and maintain various business analytics and reports on products, customers, and business opportunities to strategically optimize the P&L

  • Work with Business Line Mangers and Finance to provide financial analysis of product alternatives and scenarios

  • Serve as a leader with vision in the development of business solutions

  • Work with the Business Managers to help prioritize team issues and projects

  • Help identify headcount needs and consult on hiring decisions

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • MBA preferred, Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Supply Chain

  • 10+ years experience in storage, memory or tech-related field with experience in consumer products

  • Proven track record to work cross-functionally and across organizations

  • Demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management and translate ambiguity into action

  • Detail oriented with ability to see the big picture

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes

  • Excellent oral and written presentation skills and a great teammate attitude
