Description:
The Digital Strategy Associate will play an integral role in helping to implement and drive carefully planned digital and content projects designed to raise Dantech's profile and to augment Dantech's professional services and staffing client base. This role will work with a highly collaborative, high performing team and will be accountable for creating and implementing custom campaigns that progress Dantech's communication, policy, and business goals. This role will also measure and report on website, social media, and campaign performance, using statistics as the means to assess outcomes and results. This role must employ a "hyper creative", relentless, ethical, and detail-oriented approach to attract, to inspire, and to drive individuals to positively engage Dantech for mutual benefit. This role continuously strives for ways to transform data into positive action, opens business opportunities, and delivers impactful outcomes that align with organizational goals. This role will be required to perform significant research and writing in order to generate quality content for online articles, marketing ads, digital presentations, social media accounts, etc. in coordination with team members to augment Dantech's brand awareness and overall sales.
