Description:

We are looking for an experienced Director of Digital Scaled Marketing to lead and continuously optimize our Digital scale functions. This role is responsible for enabling our team and stakeholders through collaboration, integrated strategy, connectivity with stakeholders, vendor relationships, that scale to meet the needs of our rapidly growing business as well as constantly improving the team’s performance. This will be through setting global goals and KPIs against each function and assuring a path and accountability to achievement.

This role will work in collaboration with angry-functional Digital leadership (Acquisition, Analytics, Platforms, Product & Strategy,) as well as foster connectivity with all stakeholders of Digital Marketing (Marketing, Digital Technology, Sales, Partner Organization, Communications, etc).

As a Director of Digital Scaled Marketing, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Establish bar-raising yet attainable success metrics and measure outcomes to assure we growth goals using digital metrics, pipeline and inputs
  • Drive connectivity between all team initiatives and stitch global strategy through connected goals, OKRs and KPIs.
  • Simplify complicated initiatives and make it simple to team activation. Assure cohesive operations across all digital teams
  • Ensure that Digital Marketing program budget is dispersed in the most optimized way to hit company and team goals using performance and trending data.
  • Heavily drive yearly planning and making sure that Digital needs are represented at a leadership level
  • Head up global cross functional projects per digital leadership team
  • Be extremely data driven. Know how to evaluate data to draw out the most important insights to inform strategy and how to move the business forward
  • Hold teams accountable to improvements through measurement frameworks
  • Demonstrate familiarity with global requirements when heavily participating in end-to-end strategy and goal setting efforts. Connect digitals goals to marketing goals
  • Be able to build out a team and successfully manage and foster the development of the Digital Scaled Marketing team
  • Assure cohesivity between all teams in Digital and assure that there is a smooth operating model for how we work with internal and external customers to create a frictionless path forward for any initiative.
  • Constantly at the forefront of how to scale digital whether through better processes, operations, cohesion with other teams, projects with vendors, innovation or improving structure
  • Be the connection point between Brand, PSM and Field marketing to operationalize complex projects


Qualifications


To be successful in this role you have:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams and driving cross-functional marketing operations initiatives that deliver competitive advantages
  • Senior-level functional competence in the key elements of Marketing Operations and Marketing functions ( PSM, Digital, Brand, Field marketing, Sales operations) at a company with scale
  • Ability to lead at the intersection of business and technology with passion for marketing process and scalability
  • Strong cross functional relationship development skills, ability to manage highly competent people to high levels of performance, and skill in establishing effective program management processes
  • Proven success leading a global team and working across cultures with distributed cross-functional teams
  • Leading an organization through rapid growth as well as managing people, relationships, and expectations in a dynamic environment
  • Comfort with accountability and ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities
  • Heavy experience on digital marketing channels (Dislay, Video, search, email, website)
