Digital Media Associate

Description:

Freeosk is looking for a Digital Media Associate to join our team. The Digital Media Associate manages the hands-on deployment and monitoring of digital out of home media in support of company objectives. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining updates to media settings and schedules within our proprietary content management system. Additionally, they will participate in the Quality Assurance step of our namesake Freeosk kiosk media programs, as the final touchpoint before the media reaches production, before finally deploying the media to production

Because this position works closely with our kiosk and will need to be onsite once a week, we would prefer candidates are located in the Chicagoland area, western Michigan or Bentonville, Arkansas.

Key responsibilities:

• Configure Freeosk media and QA responsibilities for the kiosk and mobile app
• Create and curate media setting entries into our content delivery system, ensuring accuracy of both timing and locations for media and kiosk programming
• Monitor deployments and escalate technical issues to the appropriate team to ensure complete launch of media and kiosk programming
• Develop subject matter expertise on Freeosk media configuration and user experiences

Your skills, background and experience include:

• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, computer science, project management, or related field is preferred
• 1+ years experience in quality assurance for software or digital media
• Proficiency with Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency with Social Media posting and monitoring tools like Sprout or Hootsuite
