Orizonik Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team and elevate our digital marketing solutions. As a key member of our marketing department, you will design, implement, and optimize campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC (Google Ads, etc.), email marketing, and content marketing, aligned with Orizonik Group’s goals.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms, adjusting strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs (e.g., click-through rates, conversions, cost-per-acquisition).
- Content Collaboration: Work with content creators to develop compelling marketing materials (e.g., blog posts, landing pages, ads) that resonate with target audiences and support campaign objectives.
- SEO Strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement on-page and off-page SEO tactics to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Paid Advertising: Manage paid ad campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.), including budget allocation, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance ad performance.
- Market Research: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, competitor strategies, and emerging tools to ensure Orizonik Group remains a leader in innovative solutions.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and present insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with sales, design, and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with broader company objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns (agency or in-house experience preferred).
Skills:
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and PPC campaign management.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting marketing copy and collaborating with teams.
