Responsibilities:
- Lead the maintenance and enhancement of our company website to ensure optimal user experience, relevance, and search engine visibility. Experience with WordPress is advantageous.
- Develop and publish high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels including website, social media, email campaigns, and blogs. Maintain content calendars and ensure messaging consistency.
- Optimize content for both search engines and user experience.
- Manage and expand our presence on social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor and respond to interactions promptly and professionally.
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, retain members, and promote products and services. Segment email lists and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Facebook Ads. Monitor ROI and KPIs to ensure effective budget allocation.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine ad creatives and targeting strategies.
- Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance. Generate regular reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Set up and manage Google Analytics tracking for all campaigns. Utilize data to inform marketing decisions and refine strategies.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all digital channels.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to data security and member confidentiality.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to implement innovative marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, and paid advertising.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing software).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Detail-oriented with strong grammar and proofreading skills.
- Basic knowledge of credit union advertising regulations.
- Preferred skills: graphic design, WordPress content management, financial education experience.
