As a Marketing Specialist (focus on digital marketing), your mission is to start the groundwork for our digital marketing activities and create the local infrastructure for the US market. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities, including tradeshow organization, price structuring, sales reporting, social media management, collateral creation, and much more. This role will also be instrumental in planning and implementing our digital marketing efforts and supporting the growth of Piab Vacuum Automation & Robotic Gripping Division products, focusing on growth and market expansion.

You will

Digital Marketing Transformation

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive local digital marketing strategy aligned with global objectives.
  • Manage social media presence on platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn, including content calendar creation and community engagement.
  • Create engaging content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, articles, infographics, and videos, to support digital efforts.
  • Monitor campaign performance through platforms like Google Analytics, providing insights for optimization.
  • Allocate and manage digital marketing budgets for maximum return on investment.

SEO and Online Presence

  • Drive backlinks through industry mentions and related site partnerships.
  • Manage Google My Business (GMB) profile for accurate information and positive reviews.
  • Oversee My Piab APP, E-Commerce, and website for user-friendly design and functionality.

Email Marketing and Automation

  • Execute automated campaigns based on leads' position in the marketing funnel.
  • Manage EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes to streamline data exchange.

Training and Knowledge Sharing

  • Educate internal teams on digital marketing best practices and industry trends.

Marketing Operations

  • Support, organize, and coordinate tradeshows, ensuring seamless execution and representing the company effectively.
  • Gather point-of-sale (POS) data for analysis and reporting.
  • Oversee channel awards programs to recognize and incentivize high-performing partners.
  • Generate and analyze NAR (North American Region) sales reports to inform strategic decisions.
  • Support coordination and host Livestorm webinars to engage with prospects and customers.
