What will you be doing?
Transfinder is seeking an individual that enjoys and excels at designing and sharing marketing content in both written and multimedia formats. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with marketing and sales team members. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for quickly learning about Transfinder’s latest applications and product updates offerings.
- Develop content tailored to meet the needs and preferences of a specific target audience.
- Formulate comprehensive content strategies that align with the brand and company guidelines, ensuring consistency and adherence to established standards.
- Facilitate and enhance SEO efforts by developing content optimized for search engines to increase visibility and drive organic traffic.
- Utilize your skills in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation to produce visually appealing and engaging materials beyond traditional written content.
- Establish and manage a content calendar to effectively plan, organize, and maintain a consistent schedule for content creation and publication.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to devise and execute effective strategies that drive growth and achieve marketing objectives.
- Collect and evaluate consumer behavior data related to web traffic and rankings, enabling informed analysis and insights into audience preferences and engagement patterns.
- Enhance customer reach by implementing SEO campaigns that optimize content and improve search engine visibility to increase brand exposure and attract a wider audience.
- Maintain tracking systems for online marketing activities, ensuring accurate measurement and analysis of key metrics to gauge the effectiveness and success of various marketing initiatives.
- Provide support in coordinating and preparing responses for Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions, ensuring timely and comprehensive completion in alignment with client requirements and organizational goals.
- Collaborate in the coordination and management of tradeshows and events, playing a key role in planning, organizing, and executing successful engagements that effectively showcase Transfinder's offerings and foster valuable connections with attendees.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of ongoing marketing campaigns, tracking their performance and conducting analysis to derive insights and recommendations for future decision-making.
- Support social media efforts by creating campaigns and actively working to expand and cultivate audiences, fostering meaningful connections and increasing brand visibility across various social media platforms.
- Conduct thorough research to identify emerging trends, publish compelling content across relevant platforms, and proactively engage with the audience to cultivate a positive brand image and increase brand awareness.
Must have experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field with 1-2 years of experience.
- Strong grasp of SEO writing principles and hands-on experience in implementing effective SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Demonstrate exceptional research and writing abilities, showcasing a proficiency in gathering and analyzing information as well as crafting compelling and articulate written content.
- Proficiency in design and graphics, including motion design and implementation skills, utilizing the Adobe Suite to create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrate the capability to work remotely with utmost productivity and focus, effectively managing tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a high level of efficiency and commitment to meeting objectives.
