The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing campaigns for the Ready to Hire B2C business, and for helping to drive online awareness of the Ready to Hire brand.

The primary focus will be on building digital marketing campaigns for our employer partners from strategy to targeting to execution and reporting, as well as optimizing performance for the lead funnel. You will manage some vendor and partner relationships on a tactical level. This role will also be tasked with leading the strategy and growth of organic social channels such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will take direction from the Head of Marketing to ensure we meet the goals of our hiring campaigns and ultimately grow our relationships with our partners.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing support to the Head of Marketing
  • Develop, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns including PPC, paid social, display, and Indeed, to drive qualified leads in collaboration with the media agency to meet business goals.
  • Communicate directly with partners and coordinate campaign expectations and approvals
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data and optimize our lead funnel (funnel dynamics, social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
  • Provide end-of-campaign reports to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage and execute content calendar for organic social channels for the B2C audience

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Minor in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects on schedule
  • Leading the planning and implementation of paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC, display, and paid social
  • Knowledge of marketing Key Performance Indicators including click-through rates, reach, ROAS, etc, and ability to optimize campaign performance
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Salesforce, etc.)
