Description:
Required Accountabilities & Deliverables:
- Lead digital marketing strategies and campaigns for all programming, performance series and related events, reporting on metrics, content and deadlines. Create engaging content with Starlight’s creative team and design content as needed.
- Lead development of a social media calendar in alignment with content marketing strategies that is inclusive of all of Starlight’s efforts, reporting on metrics, content and deadlines. Monitor and respond as needed to online reviews and comments.
- Manage digital marketing and social media advertising campaigns, vendors and contracts from planning to execution; monitor and evaluate campaigns to ensure they remain fresh and effective.
- Work with Starlight’s concert partner on concert announcements and communication via social media and digital advertising platforms.
- Lead development and deployment of customer surveys. Generate reports and provide data on results.
- Track emerging digital and social trends to develop new ways to drive traffic and increase engagement.
- Support the team on other duties as assigned including content creation, intern management, etc.
