Description:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for key digital marketing functions with an emphasis on iGaming and Casino. Core responsibilities will include the management of existing digital marketing campaigns and relationships, evaluation of prospective partners and opportunities, and managing the production of digital marketing assets through internal workflows. Working alongside the digital marketing team and internal stakeholders, the ideal candidate will manage the execution of a national strategy and perform key digital marketing functions across all BetMGM digital iGaming products including, but not limited to, BetMGM Casino, BetMGM Poker, Borgata Casino, Borgata Poker, and Wheel of Fortune Online Casino.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to high-level digital acquisition strategy for BetMGM products across all paid social platforms, PPC and display
- Work with BetMGM’s paid digital partners including Google, Meta, Twitter & Snapchat to ensure campaign best practices are being met
- Work closely with internal iGaming teams to understand business objectives per product and market, and use those insights to tailor digital marketing strategy
- Support larger Brand & Acquisition team in all iGaming asset ideation and creation pertaining to new brand and digital campaigns featuring BetMGM’s stack of ambassadors
- Collaborate with teams across the BetMGM organization including, but not limited to, Business Intelligence, Promotions, Partnerships and CRM to optimize digital acquisition and retention strategy
- Interpret data through multiple analytics and reporting tools and deliver insightful analysis and recommendations
- Oversee workflow of select digital marketing projects to ensure campaign deadlines are met
- Utilize strong analytical ability to help evaluate performance of campaigns
- Remain well-informed on competitor offerings/creative to help guide paid digital strategy
Essential Functions
- Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers and other technological devices for extended periods of time
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on growth marketing
- Bachelor's Degree
- Demonstrates an excess of attention to detail and meticulous organizational skills
- Background in user acquisition and data-oriented experience in various analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience executing paid digital campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to Google, Meta, Twitter and Snapchat
- Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem including advanced knowledge in the display, video, programmatic and CTV landscape
- A thorough understanding of the iGaming landscape
- An ability to remain focused and multi-task, overseeing several different projects at any given time
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage timelines and priority of projects over several internal teams
- Flexibility with working hours and the willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays in line with company requirements
- Experience working in large organizations, coordinating and liaising with multiple departments and stakeholders
- Good communication, analytics, project management, writing and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, proactive and communication skills with a data-driven mindset
