Digital marketing (70% of the time) has the following responsibilities:
- Attend and complete the 5 hours of required onboarding training.
- Write copy for, design for, implement, and manage social media campaigns via Buffer targeted at various stakeholder groups.
- Write copy for, design for, implement, and manage a monthly blog or newsletter via Squarespace, HubSpot, and/or Mail Chimp targeted to parents, industry, businesses, and potential donors.
- Write copy for, design for, implement, and manage prospective and existing customer email list via Squarespace, HubSpot, and/or Mail Chimp targeted to parents, industry, businesses, and potential donors.
- Write copy for, design for, and assist the web team in front-end website marketing improvements via Squarespace.
- Manage all multimedia assets related to the above (photos, videos, etc.)
- Develops and monitors communication analytics that inform communication strategy, reporting on those analytics and trends regularly.
- Managing our communications and outreach content calendar
- Promotional (20% of the time)
- Design and create print and digital assets to promote Juice Works 3D camps and programs across various stakeholder groups.
- Identify new opportunities to creatively and more broadly promote Juice Works 3D internally and externally.
- Events (10% of the time)
- Plan, organize, execute, and attend face-to-face events such as maker space open houses and pop-ups, World of Work, and state conferences.
- Creatively ideate, share, and help implement new ways to increase JuiceWorks3D brand visibility in the community.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Experience translating technical language for a general audience.
- Experience creating and executing a social media strategy and plan across multiple platforms.
- Experience maintaining and updating a comprehensive content calendar across all channels.
- Experience planning, hosting, and delivering outreach events.
- Experience building an outreach plan and programming.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and inclusive.
- Able to work collaboratively and independently.
- You’re an articulate and proactive communicator (i.e you anticipate issues before they occur and proactively communicate them with a solution mindset)
- You take initiative (especially with opportunities to improve the overall JuiceWorks3D experience)
- You love to learn, especially as relates to design and technology
- Ability and willingness to engage with kids 9–16 years old as required
- Experience with Google Suite (especially Docs, Sheets, Classroom, and Photos)
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver’s license
