JOB DUTIES:

35% - Essential - Content Creation:
Creates graphics, videos, and artwork that support marketing and communications goals. Develops brand compliant templates and content for specific campaigns and broad Clemson Home use, leveraging the larger MarCom division as needed.

25% - Essential - Content Strategy:
Maintains knowledge of current trends in digital marketing and social media. Crafts comprehensive content calendars and dissemination plans. Coordinates comprehensive paid and organic social media strategies across Clemson Home channels. Coordinates with other SM coordinators throughout the division to amplify Clemson Home message.

20% - Essential - Photography:
In a more agile way, plan, coordinate, and execute photo and video shoots to effectively capture residential and dining spaces as well as staff and student stories and experiences. Sort, edit, and share photos and videos with internal and external audiences in support of Clemson Home marketing strategies and goals - mix of professional photographers vs ad hoc.

10% - Essential - Leadership & Training:
Provides direction to other staff members in managing Clemson Home digital communication and social channels. Reviews channels for brand compliance and provides recommendations on content strategy, posting cadence, and deployment of new channels. Develops training and guidelines for digital communications and maintains a directory of all active channels and content managers.

10% - Essential - Strategic Planning, Documentation, and Organization:
Provides input on overall marketing strategy and campaign planning. Maintains documentation of all digital marketing efforts and results. Maintains digital library of designs, content, documentation, and plans.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education - Bachelor's Degree
Work Experience - 1+ years

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

Preferred Education Area - Business, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design

Preferred Experience: Social Media Management, Photography, Marketing Management, Wordpress Website Management, Content Development
