This position requires a strategic and creative marketing mind, solid writing and verbal communication skills, and the ability to balance the needs of multiple clients. You must be fiercely detail-oriented and committed to providing clients with the best service and value for their advertising dollars. Excellent writing and content development abilities puts you at the front of the line.

 

This is an onsite, in-office position, so you should not only play well with others in a collaborative environment but thrive on it. And, you get major bonus points if you have such attention to detail and organization, one may call it OCD. And you’re proud of it.

11 essential skills we’re looking for:

  • At least one year of experience coordinating Google Ads, analytics and social media advertising.
  • Fluency in Google Sheets/Drive/Docs (and/or Microsoft Office), DataStudio or an equivalent platform. Knowledge of media reporting platforms a plus.
  • Google certifications in Ads and Analytics preferred.
  • Familiarity with email marketing and platforms such as Constant Contact and Mailchimp, along with email (HTML) development platforms like BEE Pro.
  • A deep understanding of how to develop and optimize content to work for digital marketing strategies.
  • A solutions-oriented approach to strategic marketing and understanding what it takes to develop an integrated plan using multiple digital tactics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A passion for digging into the numbers, asking questions, formulating plans and preparing in-depth reports that are easily understandable by clients.
  • Deadline-driven with the ability to switch gears between projects when called on.
  • A love of research and the curiosity to keep learning about how the digital and traditional media fields are evolving in order to keep us–and our clients–ahead of the curve.
  • The ability to assess, optimize and clearly communicate results.
